• This feltie skull eye patch design creates a plain front and back, using elastic for wearing.
• One style design stitches 3 sizes each in a 4×4 hoop.
• This design is intended for use with felt, vinyl or other non-fraying material and requires either 1/4 inch or 3/8 inch elastic.
